Day 01Arrive in KathmanduMeet with our airport representative and he will welcome you at the airport and transfer to hotel on a private tourist vehicle.
Day 02Kathmandu full day Sightseeing private tourist vehicle. This day, we are going to visit the major places inside Kathmandu: Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath are the famous temples. We will take you to the Patan Durbar Square, museum kathmandu durbar square and other places of historical and architectural importance. While you are busy in sightseeing, we will prepare for the trek. You will be briefed about the trekking route and the equipment to be used during the trekking. Overnight stay will be in the hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 03Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla and trek to PhakdingTransfer to domestic airport and fly. The flight will be an interesting one since we will be flying amidst the grand Himalayas in a Twin Otter airplane. We begin our short trek to Phakding after landing. It is few up downs to get in to Phakding passing through plenty of prayer Rocks. After getting in to the Phakding. We will arrange Accommodation at tea house.
Day 04Phakding to Namche We cross and re-cross the rivers on high suspension bridges. Beyond Monjo is the entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park. The park was set-up to conserve this fragile mountain environment. Namche is the main trading village in Khumbu and has a busy Saturday market - a meeting place for the Hindu traders from the lowlands and the Tibetan yak caravans that have crossed the glaciated Nangpa La. We will arrange Accommodation at tea house.
Day 05Namche to Khumjung Ascending from Namche Bazaar, we pass the airstrip at Syangboche and the Japanese-built Everest View Hotel. From the hotel, there are magnificent views of the valley and Everest. We walk to the picturesque village of Khumjung with many old traditional houses as well as a gompa at the top end of town. At the nearby village of Khunde, is the famous hospital built by Sir Edmund Hillary, We will arrange Accommodation at tea house.
Day 06Namche to Tengboche The trail and descend to the DudhKoshi River. Continue on an ascent through conifer and rhododendron forest to Tengboche.Offering great viewsKhumbu including Mt Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and AmaDablam. Passing by several villages and numerous tea shops, we can rest before making the steep climb to Tengboche. Tengboche is famous for its legendary monastery, the largest in the Khumbu. A spectacular panorama of Everest, Lhotse and AmaDablam rising in the horizon can be seen from the campsite. We will arrange Accommodation at tea house.
Day 07Tengboche to Dingboche We descent and trek through forests filled with a variety of lush trees birch, conifers and climbs to Pangboche amongst thousands of mani stones. Our uphill trek continues, taking us to the quaint traditional Sherpa village of Dingboche, We will arrange Accommodation at tea house.
Day 08Dingboche to Lobuche We continue up the wide valley beneath the impressive peaks of Cholatse and Tawache on the left. We then turn right and take a steep climb towards the foot of the Khumbu Glacier. At the top of this climb there are many stone cairns, built as memorials to the many Sherpas who have died while climbing Mt Everest. The path then climbs gently along the glacier, to eventually reach the cluster of houses at Lobuche. We will arrange Accommodation at tea house.
Day 09Lobuche to Kalapattar to Gorakshep, to reach our next stop, Kala Pattar, we follow the Khumbu Glacier. The trail offers superb views of the surrounding mountains, especially where the path is forced to rise to cross a tributary glacier. We stop for lunch at our camping place: GorakShep. Later in the afternoon, we make our way to the top of one of the finest viewpoints in the Everest region, Kala Pattar. As the light begins to fade we stroll back to our camp at GorakShep and have an early night in preparation for our trek to Everest Base Camp the following day. We will arrange Accommodation at tea house.
Day 10Gorakshep toLobuche via Everest Base Camp It takes several hours as the trail weaves its way through ice pinnacles and past the crevasses of the Khumbu Glacier. On the return leg, we can take a higher route to get a spectacular view of the Khumbu icefall and the route to the South Col. We return to either GorakShep or Lobuche. We will arrange Accommodation at tea house.
Day 11Lobuche to PangbocheAs we retrace our steps to Duglha and descend to Pheriche, we arrive at The Himalayan Rescue Association, a trekker’s aid post and worth a visit. After lunch we cross the KhumbuKhola on a wooden suspension bridge and follow the ImjaKhola to the village of Pangboche. We will arrange Accommodation at tea house.
Day 12Pangboche to NamcheClimb back up through birch and rhododendron forest to Tengboche. Kwangde, Tawache, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, AmaDablam, Kantega and Thamserku are just a few of the Himalayan giants to be seen. From Tengboche we descend to the bridge over the DudhKosi. At PhunkiTenga, we get to see the water driven prayer wheels, before making our way back to Namche. We will arrange Accommodation at tea house.
Day 13Namche to LuklaThis last evening in the mountains presents an ideal opportunity for a farewell party with the Sherpa guides and porters. We will arrange Accommodation at tea house.
Day 14Fly from lukla to KathmanduAfter an early breakfast, Farewell Dinner, Today the journey comes to an end. There's nothing to do but trade emails with your new friends, organize all your information and photo finally depart from Nepal. Ready for the next adventure.
Day 15DepartureAfter trekking of togetherness, it’s now time to separate. Our representative will take you to the international airport for your onward destination. We will exchange farewell and wish for your safe and comfortable journey. We hope that someday, we will meet and again make yet another adventurous trip.
